Descriptif du poste

🧠 Your mission

You’ll be the architect and operator of our growth stack: from inbound enrichment to outbound signals, from paid acquisition to landing page optimization. You won’t be inheriting legacy systems, you’ll build and scale a full growth strategy from the ground up, alongside a small and motivated team.

You’ll own:

  • Lead enrichment & inbound qualification

    → Define and implement lead enrichment workflows to identify ICPs, score inbound leads, and support sales prioritization.

  • Intent signal tracking & database building

    → Build and maintain signal databases (OSS activity, web traffic, firmographics) to surface open-source adopters and high-intent leads.

  • Lead handover strategy + nurturing automation

    → Design lifecycle flows and workflows for nurturing leads until they’re ready for Sales. Own the handoff logic, automation, and content triggers.

  • All things paid acquisition & conversion

    → Plan and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn, and retargeting campaigns. Own the landing page funnel and Webflow site updates to drive demo bookings and trial starts.

  • ABM campaigns for strategic accounts

    → Coordinate 1:1 and 1:few campaigns targeting key accounts, with personalized landing pages, tailored outreach, and tracked engagement.


Profil recherché

✅ What we’re looking for

You don’t need to check every box, but here’s what we value:

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing (ideally in DevTools, SaaS, Enterprise or PLG)

  • Strong experience with paid acquisition, funnel tracking, and landing page optimization

  • Familiarity with B2D tactics (OSS intent signals, enrichment strategies, GitHub/StackOverflow/Reddit behaviors)

  • You’re hands-on with tools: you’ve launched ad campaigns, built a dashboard, edited Webflow pages, and tested workflows

  • You love a fast-paced environment where things move fast and ideas are tested quickly

  • You’re data-first, but know that copy, design, and timing matter too

  • Bonus: experience with ABM or PLG-to-Sales hybrid models
