Descriptif du poste

At Thinkeo, we’ve built a unique framework to create and deploy multi-agent AI apps. Each template, each use case, each customer win is a growth lever in disguise. Your mission: turn this raw material into a machine for acquisition, activation, and expansion.

Your job is to drive adoption at scale:

  • Turn our templates into growth assets: every app should live beyond the product. Landing pages, demo flows, outbound plays, vertical bundles—you’ll turn real usage into full-funnel GTM motions.

  • Build growth loops around the App Store: from fork to activation to expansion. You’ll design and run the loops that turn a single click into compounding value.

  • Test, track, double down: slice data by segment, job role, or use case. Test hypotheses. Drop what doesn’t work, scale what does.

  • Activate verticals: HR, procurement, legal, finance, industrial… You’ll help identify our most promising sectors, test angles, build playbooks, and scale repeatable motions.

  • Connect interest to product usage: SEO, paid, LinkedIn, outbound—your job is to ensure that every spark of interest becomes a product fork, and every fork leads to real usage.


Profil recherché

You don’t need to be an AI expert. You don’t need 10+ years experience. You just need to know how to think, test, and scale smart.

You might be the right fit if:

  • You’re resourceful and scrappy: you make things happen fast, reuse assets cleverly, and constantly look for smart ways to get signal.

  • You’re results-driven: you care about what works. You measure, test, kill, or double down—without ego.

  • You’re comfortable with uncertainty: we don’t have all the answers. You’re here to help define, test, and evolve them with us.

  • You’re curious, structured, and clarity-obsessed: you can turn a fuzzy idea into a clear play. You see patterns others miss.

  • You’re cross-functional by nature: you work well with product, sales, marketing, and partners. You create connections, not silos.

Bonus points if you’ve:

  • Built or contributed to PLG or product-led sales systems.

  • Worked on activation-focused content (landing pages, onboarding flows, etc.).

  • Used tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Notion, Make, GA4…
