As Senior SEO & Web Performance Manager, you will lead our website strategy, AI-driven SEO/GEO programs, and performance analytics, driving outstanding user experiences and site-led growth. This position is central to how we scale digital excellence across markets.
Website Leadership: Own and enhance website content, UX, and conversion funnels (EN/FR) using Webflow. Lead the launch of a major new site in Q1.
SEO/GEO Strategy: Develop and implement advanced LLM SEO methods for AI-driven search visibility, authority, and discoverability.
Analytics & Reporting: Design and manage Google Analytics infrastructure, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights. Conversion Optimization: Lead CRO and UX improvements across all digital touchpoints to maximize engagement and conversion.
Tech Stack Integration: Connect and optimize workflows between Webflow, Marketo, CRM, HubSpot, and analytics tools to boost efficiency.
Content Collaboration: Champion SEO best practices in collaboration with content and demand generation colleagues.
Inbound Support: Strengthen inbound strategies through high-performing web assets.
Team Contribution: Share expertise, encourage collective learning, and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.
📍 The position can be based in Paris, Rennes or fully remote. Professional trips paid for by the company might be required.
🤩 We are excited to meet you if :
Minimum 5 years of experience in senior digital or web marketing roles.
Proven track record in website management, SEO, analytics, and inbound marketing.
Strong history of leading digital projects, website launches, or redesigns.
Technical skills:
Mastery of Webflow, Google Analytics, and leading SEO tools.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or CRM systems).
Understanding of CRO techniques, data visualization, and performance tracking.
Knowledge of AI-driven SEO (LLM SEO) and multilingual website management (EN/FR).
Soft skills:
Analytical, data-minded, and performance-driven.
Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
Adaptable and proactive, with a passion for innovation and growth.
