We're looking for an SEO & AI Search leader to help millions of patients discover the right care at the right time. You'll position Doctolib as the trusted source for health information across traditional search engines and next-generation AI platforms, driving organic growth and patient engagement across France.

What you’ll do

1. SEO & AI search strategy development

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for traditional search engines AND generative AI platforms
• Drive E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) optimization tailored to healthcare content
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and prioritize optimizations with Engineering teams

2. Content strategy & execution

• Own editorial governance: calendar, priorities, alignment with business strategy
• Manage and mentor the full-time intern on editorial projects and execution
• Collaborate with a team of freelancers who manage and create scientific health content.

3. Performance monitoring & cross-functional collaboration

• Track and analyze performance using Botify, SEMrush, and Doctolib's internal tracking tools
• Deliver compelling reports to senior leadership with sharp insights and forward-looking strategies
• Create synergies across French local teams: Marketing, Prevention, Content, Product, PR…
• Give SEO visibility internally: evangelize, train, and influence roadmaps

4. Automation & Innovation

• Move with speed: testing, learning, and developing automation
• Build AI agents to assist with repetitive tasks (reporting, content briefs, performance monitoring, trend analysis) and unlock efficiency gains

• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and evolving search behaviors, including AI and multimodal search (AEO, YouTube, TikTok, LLM-based engines)
• Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of LLM search trends and best practices

What success looks like

• Organic traffic and conversions reach targets, with measurable impact on patient acquisition (online bookings)
• Doctolib becomes a top-cited source in AI-generated health answers in ChatGPT
• Cross-team collaboration thrives: Marketing, Prevention, and Product teams actively partner with SEO, and the function gains strategic visibility across the organization
