Your mission

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, your role is to participate in talent management subjects that have an impact on employees feel good daily life.

You know how to activate the right levels to identify, attract, onboard talents in the company and ensure their long term happyness.

However, you want to take part in a project as a whole and you are interested in global HR topics or every happiness care topics.

Talent acquisition

  • Identify and understand managers needs of all departments, countries, don’t forget to challenge them
  • Write job descriptions and job offers
  • Select coherent and efficient recruitment platforms/tools, adapted to each target profiles to be recruited
  • Conduct a recruitment process, driving it from the launch to the offer acceptance by the candidate
  • Carry out a reporting and analyze the performance of your actions
  • Maintain a good communication and drive service providers: recruitment platforms or agencies, sourcing tools, etc.
  • Animate and develop your network

Onboarding

  • Enforce the defined Onboarding process
  • Communicate with managers, make sure all is well prepared for future employees and carry out internal communication
  • Follow-up all trial period
  • Collect feedbacks, measure the satisfaction rate of newcomers and suggest improvments
  • Innovate and make sure all newcomers have a great onboarding experience

Employer brand

  • Convey the company’s brand image to our target candidates in the market
  • Ensure that the image is attractive
  • Work closely with the marketing team: online presence, content, events, meetups, etc.
  • Manage all partner relationships: schools and other partners

🌍 Where will you be physically located?

Our office is in Lyon close to “La Tête d’Or” park.

Profil recherché

Recruitment experience wishes in an agency or within a company. However, your interested to be involved in more global RH issues.

Your listening skills will enable us to select the best talents in a long term way. Ideally, you are familiar with recruiting IT profiles.

Thanks to your tenacity and your ability to influence, you will be able to make our teams grow quickly.

You are fluent in English and be able to do interviews in English and French, and also you can exchange with all of our teams (France, US, UK, Germany)

Déroulement des entretiens

  • First interview with HR team to precise your wishes, RH topics and have a short job & team presentation
  • Second interview with your future manager so you’ll talk about your position, our vision and see if feeling is good between each other
  • Final interview you’ll have the chance to talk with Aymeric our Managing Director who can present you Per Angusta global strategy
  • Last but not least we like to introduce you to as many members of the team as possible
