Your role's mission:

You play a strategic role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with business goals. With expertise in recruiting for C-level, VP, and mission-critical roles, you combine technical proficiency, leadership, and a people-centric approach to drive hiring success.

Key Responsibilities :

The VP Sales MRO is accountable for driving the commercial success of Pelico's MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) vertical. As the commercial and strategic leader for this segment, they act as the key interface between prospects, customers, and internal teams, helping Pelico build a scalable business in the aerospace MRO space. This role is pivotal in transforming pilot projects (PODs) into long-term strategic partnerships while shaping Pelico’s vision and execution roadmap for this vertical.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Own and execute the MRO go-to-market strategy in alignment with company goals.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities with MRO-focused enterprises (Airlines, OEMs, MRO shops).
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing with high-level stakeholders.
  • Deeply understand operational pain points to position Pelico’s value proposition effectively.
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, Ops, and Marketing to co-build tailored customer solutions.
  • Create and document a replicable sales playbook and commercial approach for the MRO segment.
  • Represent Pelico at MRO-specific events and build the brand within the aerospace maintenance ecosystem.

Your Impact : 

  • Launch and scale Pelico's MRO vertical
  • Convert initial PODs into strategic, recurring customers.
  • Position Pelico as the leading orchestration platform for MRO operations.
  • Enable long-term growth by establishing frameworks for account expansion and success.
  • Be the go-to expert on MRO within Pelico and influence product direction based on field insights.

Location : You will be based in Europe (preferably in the UK/ Germany), with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.

What We’re Looking For : 

    • Proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, ideally with exposure to aerospace or industrial environments.
    • Deep understanding of MRO challenges and the ability to translate them into commercial opportunities.
    • Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in long sales cycles.
    • Strong consultative and solution-selling mindset.
    • Fluent in English; fluency in French, German or other European languages is a plus.
    • Experience working in high-growth scale-up environments.
    • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator with executive-level presence.
    • Strong command of CRM systems and sales operations best practices.
