We have a Smart Working policy in place at PELICO. It involves work taking place at the most effective location and at the most effective time, respecting the needs of the task, the customer, the individual and the team.
This includes : Remote flexibility, 6 weeks per year of work from anywhere, meeting guidelines, deep dive work on Thursdays afternoon, Tea & talk session (knowledge sharing) every 2 months....
