Descriptif du poste

The IT Project Manager is part of the Customers 365Talents team. He/she participates in the implementation of our SaaS solution for our customers and particularly ensures the proper integration of our platform to the IT ecosystem (HRIS) of our customers. In permanent contact with our Product and Tech teams, his/her role is also to develop our tools and our methodology in order to be constantly more efficient in our deployments and our technical support.

Duties

  • Participate in the different phases of the implementation of the solution and in the animation of technical workshops
  • Coordination with the client’s IT department to ensure the implementation of interfaces (data import and export, information flow via API, etc.) and connectivity (mobile access, single sign-on, etc.) to the application
  • Management of the technical and functional settings of the solution in coordination with the Customers team
  • Contribution to the optimization of internal processes, the improvement of technical documentation and the industrialization of the technical base

Team & Work Organization: As a member of the Customers team, you will work in synergy with the Product team and the Tech team, and of course, nice and demanding international customers! You will bring a structuring perspective with important responsibilities.

This job offer can be based anywhere in France but you have to be at the Paris office once a month.


Profil recherché

Must have:

  • A first experience as an IT Project Manager / Consultant for a SaaS solution or an IT company
  • Knowledge of network and web security protocols and standards (SSL, SSO, HTTPS, certificates)
  • Knowledge of databases (MySQL)
  • High school, university master’s degree or any other relevant combination of education and experience
  • Be able to make proposals and have a client-centric attitude
  • Be organized and rigorous
  • Communication and presentation skills (oral and written) in French and English

Nice to have :

  • Experience in innovative HR, digital HR or HRIS projects
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Javascript, Bash or Python)
