🎯 Our Mission

As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle - from the first discovery call to closing - for mid-market and enterprise clients. You’ll collaborate closely with our BDR and Marketing teams to convert qualified leads into long-term customers.

You’ll spend roughly:

  • 75% of your time working on inbound or marketing-generated leads (MQLs, SQLs, or meetings booked by BDRs),

  • and 25% on strategic outbound prospecting and account-based initiatives.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from the first conversation to signed contract (1 to 3 months).

  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client challenges, KPIs, and recruitment goals.

  • Lead tailored product demos and business presentations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and HR executives at large companies.

  • Collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handover and client satisfaction.

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and pipeline objectives.

  • Keep your sales pipeline organized and up to date in HubSpot (our CRM).

  • Provide product feedback to Marketing and Product teams to improve our value proposition.

Profil recherché

🧠 Who You Are

  • You have 5-6 years of experience in a B2B Account Executive role (ideally SaaS, HR tech, recruitment solutions or consulting).

  • You have consistently met and exceeded your sales targets and pipeline objectives.

  • You’re a hunter at heart, you love opening doors, building trust, and closing deals.

  • You’ve already sold to mid-market or enterprise accounts, with long or multi-step sales cycles.

  • You’re fluent in French and English.

  • You are data-driven, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • You combine empathy and business acumen, you listen first, then act.

1/ Recruiter Screen with Dunja (Head of People): 30-minute call to confirm mutual fit and interest in proceeding with the process.

2/ Case Study with Charlotte (Head of AEs) and Pierre (Head of Sales): Practical sales case to assess your approach, structure, and ability to communicate business value.

3/ Fit Interview: Deep-dive conversation to understand your motivations, working style, and alignment with Seiza’s culture.

4/ Bar Raiser with Thomas (Chief Commercial Officer): Final interview focused on long-term potential, strategic mindset, and communication excellence.

5/ References Check: Final validation before offer.
