Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will work in a dynamic international environment alongside all members of the corporate marketing team, based in Paris. By joining Veesion, you will be tasked with bolstering our lead generation and management strategy in a rapidly growing market. Your missions will include:

Growing our Traffic & Lead Generation

  • Manage our SEM (SEO, SEA), Social Ads, and Retargeting strategy, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Brief new content to drive traffic.

  • Optimize our conversion rate on the website, landing pages, and blog (Free Trials and Demo Requests).

  • Oversee freelancers and agencies as needed (SEO/SEA and Dev Agencies).

Optimizing our Lead Management

  • Monitor our Marketing automation tool (Hubspot).

  • Enhance our database segmentation strategy. Expand our new buyer persona database.

  • Oversee our lead scoring (MQL, SQL) and launch new nurturing campaigns and engagement scenarios to boost qualified leads.

  • Refine our outbound marketing strategies**,** particularly cold emailing, by developing targeted, personalized campaigns that resonate with our identified buyer personas. Test and optimize these approaches to improve open rates, engagement, and conversion.

  • Analyze and share top opportunities with our sales and partnerships teams.

Cross-Team Collaboration and Performance Reporting

  • Work closely with a Growth Engineer on the RevOps side, especially to enhance our lead qualification processes.

  • Optimize our marketing team KPI dashboards and provide periodic reports to top management, incorporating metrics that reflect the effectiveness of our strategies.

  • Develop proactive collaboration with our content, event, and partnership managers, ensuring outbound strategies are well-integrated with overall marketing objectives.

  • Use data to challenge the performance of teams and agencies, particularly focusing on the efficiency and ROI of our marketing campaigns.

  • SEO: SEMrush* / Google Search Console / TextOptimizer

  • CMS: Wordpress

  • Outbound: Lemlist / Sendgrid (Twillio)

  • Global Organization Stack: Slack / Notion / GSuite


Profil recherché

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, preferably in a B2B tech (SaaS) environment.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Strong cross-functional and team collaboration skills and proactivity.

  • Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating a clear understanding of business objectives and strategies.

  • Demonstrate autonomy and decision-making capabilities, in addition to collaborative skills with technical profiles.

  • Proficiency in marketing/automation tools and CRM systems
