As a Traffic Manager, your mission is to increase qualified traffic to Fabriq’s website using SEO, SEA, and social paid advertising. You will work on optimizing our website’s visibility, generating leads, and continuously improving our digital performance with our growth marketing manager.
Define and implement an SEO strategy to improve website rankings
Optimize website content (keywords, meta tags, internal linking, page structure)
Improve website performance (speed, UX, mobile-friendliness, indexability)
Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly
Develop a link-building strategy and acquire quality backlinks
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Monitor and adjust bids, targeting, and ad creatives to maximize ROI
Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages
Optimize the advertising budget based on performance analysis
Track key performance metrics: CPC, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, etc.
Define and execute a paid acquisition strategy on LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms
Set up and optimize ad campaigns (audience targeting, ad creatives, messaging)
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create impactful visuals and content
Monitor campaign performance and adjust in real-time
Track and analyze performance across different digital marketing efforts
Create dashboards and reports to measure campaign impact
Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize digital strategy
Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
Experience with Google Ads and social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio)
Ability to manage and optimize advertising budgets
Analytical mindset, able to interpret data and make optimization decisions
Awareness of digital trends and acquisition marketing strategies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Web Marketing, or related fields
3+ years of experience in SEO/SEA/social paid advertising campaign management
Experience in a SaaS or industrial environment is a plus
Autonomy and attention to detail
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams
Curiosity and a passion for staying updated on digital innovations
An affinity or knowledge of the industrial sector is a plus.
