The Account Management Intern operates as an Account Coordinator for our most strategic restaurant chain partners on the Uber Eats platform. You will be part of a team managing accounts, focused on the critical, detail-oriented work required to execute complex, multi-market initiatives for these partners. This role is about operational rigor and execution excellence; you’ll be the engine that ensures strategic plans move from whiteboards to real-world results across the EMEA region.
You will learn to work on multiple project streams and internal stakeholders. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of process improvements that remove roadblocks for the team and ensure we deliver value to our partners with urgency and precision. This experience will accelerate your learning in commercial operations, cross-functional project management, and high-stakes execution.
What you’ll do:
- Support the end-to-end launch and implementation of new products, features, and national marketing campaigns for accounts across markets.
- Manage project timelines and internal stakeholder dependencies across Product, Operations, and Legal to remove roadblocks and ensure timely delivery on partner commitments.
- Audit and maintain data integrity within our CRM and tracking systems to ensure accurate reporting on partner performance and the health of ongoing projects.
- Analyze operational metrics (e.g., delivery time, menu quality, adoption rates) to identify bottlenecks and support Account Managers in preparing data-backed recommendations.
- Participate & work on a specific, process-focused project dedicated to improving the internal efficiency of the team’s workflow, documentation, or tooling.
- Communicate project updates clearly and concisely to both internal teams and external partner stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment on execution progress.
Basic qualifications - Currently enrolled in a full- time end of year study Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, graduating by early 2027
- Available to start on 29th June 2026 for a full time 6-months internship.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex data manipulation and analysis
- Language: Native French speaker and fluency in English.
- Open to explore full time employment opportunties with Uber after the internship period ends in case an opportunity arises.
Preferred qualifications - Prior experience (academic project, student organization, or prior internship) in a project management, operations, or highly coordinated support role.
- A meticulous and detail-oriented approach, with a high commitment to follow-through and accuracy when managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize execution when dealing with ambiguity.
