We are seeking, a motivated and talented Channel Partner Manager to support, consolidate and expand our network of channel partners in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Job Summary:

As the Channel Partner Manager at Takara Bio Europe, you will drive revenue growth for our life science products by managing and developing relationships with our channel partners to ensure revenue growth and achievement of business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute go-to-market plans and sales strategies that will drive demand for our products and services.

Your expertise in the life sciences industry will allow you to develop, implement and monitor programs that enhance partner performance and drive revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Follow-up and analyze channel partner performance and provide regular reports to senior management and shareholders.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor programs that enhance partner performance and follow-up and drive revenue growth.

  • Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.

  • Maintain accurate records of partner activities and opportunities in CRM systems.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to increase revenue growth.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute go-to-market plans and sales strategies.

  • Manage partner training programs to ensure that channel partners are fully equipped to promote and sell Takara Bio Europe products.

  • Ensure partner compliance with Takara Bio Europe policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective collateral, tools, and campaigns for channel partners.

  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market condition.

  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote Takara Bio Europe products.

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and recruit new channel partners.

  • Additional duties as assigned.


Profil recherché

Education Requirement:

  • PhD, in Cell, Molecular Biology or related life science discipline. Post-Doc experience is a plus.

  • Fluency in English. Additional languages are an advantage.

Experience Requirement :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management or partner management in the life sciences industry.

  • At least 2 years lab bench experience in Cell, Molecular Biology, or related discipline, knowledge, or proficiency of NGS is a plus.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with international partners.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends and develop business strategies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM systems.

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Self-learner, sales oriented and autonomous.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
