We are looking for a candidate to join us on a 6 month CDD contract with an expectation of becoming a CDI after 6 months, for the position of Client Relations Manager (F/H) for the UK!

You will benefit from an experienced, friendly and approachable support team with a strong expertise in Customer Relations.

As a Client Relations Manager your missions are:

  • To maintain/improve the relationship with, & between, our thousands of community members by providing a quality response via the following channels: email / telephone / social networks

  • Bring your expertise to our products and solutions.

  • Monitor the quality of tutors : provide advice for improving ads when asked - monitor suspicious behaviour & maintain a trusted tutor database - improve tutor/student matching service.

  • Improve the processes in place (customer management, automatic reminders, repeated customer problems, etc.)

  • To be at the center of the Client Relations and be able to identify recurring issues/bugs and to share them with the technical and operational teams.

  • Develop content and editorial calendar for social media channels : monitor social media campaigns and analyze online community engagement using KPIs


Profil recherché

You have previous experience in a CRM role
You are an English speaking native and have great communication and writing skills (friendly and empathetic).
Working knowledge of French is a plus.
You are willing to help and solve customer problems on a daily basis.
You know how to be proactive and work autonomously.
You know how to remain calm and serene in all situations.
You have a great capacity for adaptation (our tools, our strategies evolve rapidly).
You have the knowledge of digital marketing, internet culture and the fundamentals of web communication.


Déroulement des entretiens

Round 1 : Telephone interview
Round 2 : Written test
Round 3 : Face to face interview at our premises with the Country Manager and another member of the team
