You’ll join the Product & Ops team.
You’ll own the entire product suite, from discovery to delivery for our most complex technical topics. There are four back-end developers (incl. one Tech Lead) and two DevOps in the API squad. They work on the following topics :
API: External scan
API: Phishing module
API: Internal scans (AD, cloud)
API: Incident Response tools (hotline, EDR, etc.)
DevOps
Data.
You will assist/empower two other teams in planning their weekly tasks, as these often involve work on the API or the application :
Data squad (2 data scientists)
Incident Response team (6 ppl).
The responsibilities of the Tech Lead and the Tech PM are divided as follows :
Tech lead : Technical direction and architecture for the product, APIs, topics, etc., and centralise problems from all devs
Tech PM : Plan sprint, ensuring projects are met on time, alignement with global roadmap, and interaction with other teams.
You’ll work alongside another squad (App squad) made up of PMs, designers and developers (front-end and back-end). Topics can be cross-squad so a strong collaboration and alignement is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery
Understand users’ and developers’ needs through research and validate product concepts before development starts
Clearly define the goals of each feature
Assist developers in planning for discovery, focusing on simple and scalable solutions to iterate fast on heavily technical subjects.
Delivery
Manage timelines and resources
Ensure the efficiency of our weekly “sprint plannings”. Make sure issues are clear and concise. The tech lead should have time for their tech review, and no one should discover a new topic during the sprint kick-off
Limit interference with the current sprint.

Performance Monitoring
Support the Product team to be more data-driven when measuring the performance of the features we deliver
Create and maintain a shortlist of dashboards on Metabase to track our features’ success.

Working experience as a Product Manager is mandatory
Background in software or engineering is mandatory
