The role of the Projects team is to support our clients in the design and deployment of their innovative projects by offering them :

• Collective intelligence workshops (hackathon, learning expedition, design fiction, etc),
• Internally developed programs with resources to launch their innovation projects more quickly, design and lead their intrapreneurship programs,
• Methodological resources covering the entire product or service design process, from identifying user needs to market launch,

To bring all these projects to life, the Projects team collaborates with our rich and multidisciplinary ecosystem of entrepreneurs, experts, coaches, designers, developers and analysts.

We are looking for 2 Project Managers to join the Projects team on permanent contracts.
You will be working on a variety of projects for large groups, ETIs or public organizations.

Your role as a Project Manager within the consulting division is to:

• Understanding the environment, needs and expectations of clients,
• Build adapted solutions based on Schoolab’s skills and capabilities,
• Managing and leading multidisciplinary teams on our missions (identifying (or even recruiting) the team, framing, guaranteeing the methodology, ensuring the quality of the deliverables and keeping to the mission schedule),
• Carrying out a strategic reflection on our clients’ issues (the issues can be both prospective and operational),
• Create and manage a relationship of trust with our clients (you will be responsible for client relations on assignments and will be able to identify upside opportunities in conjunction with Schoolab’s sales teams).

This position is for you if…

• You have at least 5 years of experience in: Consulting (strategy and innovation), Strategic planning, Design agency or B2B startup (in sales)
• You have already launched a startup or you have a significant experience in product/project management (3 years minimum)
• You have a solid knowledge in Design Thinking and Lean Startup,
• You have a solid knowledge in another area of innovation (e.g. digital marketing, business modeling, technical development etc),
• You know how to interact with different profiles (managers, employees, technical teams, etc.),
• You have a good knowledge of the operating mode and environment of large groups,
• You master office tools such as the Office suite,
• You are rigorous, you know how to prioritize and organize yourself on a daily basis,
• You are flexible and adaptable,
• You have the necessary oral skills to present a strategic vision of a product in front of an audience
• You are able to mobilize and unite a team of 3-4 people (designer, innovation analyst, developers) in a multicultural environment,
• You understand, speak and write the language of Shakespeare
