Your Role Scope**
Le Wagon offers state-recognised diploma courses so that our students can quickly define the next step in their career path. This is a guarantee of the quality of their content.

As Project(Compliance)Manager, your role is strategic and crucial for Le Wagon. Thanks to your experience, network and your actions, you ensure that the quality of our training courses is recognised by official certifications. This applies both to our traditional courses (web development) and to new courses for which you will have to obtain the creation of a new diploma.

This position will enable you to work with the management of several entities (campus management, legal department, new products department) on 6 campuses in France. You will ensure that Le Wagon meets its compliance obligations and guide the operational teams in anticipating controls and setting up processes for gathering information and monitoring rules.

Your Responsibilities 

For this part of your role, you will draw on your project management skills, as well as the feedback you receive from your network, to define the right strategy for ensuring the success of our requests. 

• Managing certification applications for French campuses

• Definition of the strategy, collection of data and preparation of applications

• Supervision of the VAE protocol for certifications

• Setting up and supervising the rules for subcontracting our certifications

Supporting teams to ensure that our certifications are maintained

• Develop a ‘compliance culture’ within operational teams, through training and tools.

• Prepare teams by proactively organising internal audits to assess the compliance of our campuses - and define the actions to be taken if necessary.

• Responding to external compliance surveys and audits. (Qualiopi, Dreets, Transition Pro…) and carrying out audits relating to training activities.

• Train campus staff on compliance topics in France.

Regulations: looking beyond day-to-day issues to anticipate future changes

• Set up a proactive process plan to anticipate potential changes in regulations.

• Establishing relationships with the regulatory authorities.

This role is for you if:

• You have already managed compliance projects in France, ideally in the field of vocational training or education.

• You have an excellent knowledge of French laws and regulations.

• You excel at project management, and have put in place systems to ensure that you have the latest information/regulations in force.

• You are Bilingual French & English.

• You enjoy your field and can easily communicate the ins and outs of compliance-related actions in an educational way.

• You work well with different teams (legal, operations).

• You are an excellent communicator in writing, creating clear procedures, and orally for presentations/training.
