• Manage the complete range of HR functions of manufacturing unit
• Handle end to end recruitment activities including lateral hiring, entry level and apprentices' engagement
• Manage employee administration, file / employee data management
• Handle labour related processes, employee grievances, performance and disciplinary issues
• Manage employee benefits such as canteen, transportation etc.
• Responsible for HR HSE related activities including safety, POSH, PSR
• Handle performance management actions including probation, annual appraisals, performance related interventions
• Handle employee training and development activities
• Manage employee travel / visa related activities
• Manage employee engagement actions and events
• Microsoft office
• Usage of recruitment portals such as Naukri
• Knowledge of factory HR related processes
