What you'll do & learn📖

This HR Apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in human resources. You will receive guidance and mentorship from experienced HR professionals, and you will have the chance to apply your knowledge and skills to real-world HR scenarios. We are committed to your professional development and growth within our organization.

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Contribute on recruitment strategy & onboarding efficiency
  • Deliver a professionalized hiring process & candidate experience
  • Manage end to end recruitment process (from kick-off meeting with manager to offer acceptance)
• Culture & Employer Branding:
  • Co-work on candidate playbook & career page
  • Animate HR initiatives to increase employee experience
  • Embrace Pelico's culture by seating our Employer Value Proposition
• HR management:
  • Help on human resources policies, procedures, contracts and participate in creating harmonized standards across the different countries
  • Support Managers 'community & Pelicans on requests & day to day HR tasks
  • Contribute in HR tools deployments & evangelization
  • Work on HR KPIs follow-up
• People Growth & Performance:
  • Contribute to the performance review cycles (promotions, salary increases, and bonuses) every semester in cooperation
  • Work on learn & growth path per department with associated training plans

What you embody 🎯

• Preparing a Master Degree Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytic mindset: you project the result, you build the path
• Business sense, autonomous, good communication and highly energetic
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in French & English
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
• Organized, detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
• First HR experience is a plus
