    We’re Modjo, we help sales organisations to establish the “training culture” with a conversation analysis tool . We’re based in Paris. With Modjo, Sales rep. can improve their individual performances thanks to a breakthrough analysis tool.

    Modjo was founded in January 2020 in Paris called where Dataiku, Criteo and Doctolib were born. Spendesk, Aircall, 360 Learning, were among our first customers.

    We’ve raised a seed round in August 2020 which came from successful US & French entrepreneurs and Aglaé Ventures.

    Our tribe is growing fast, we are now 16 at the “office” or doing remote work and we are looking to build the best team to establish this project !

    Descriptif du poste

    Modjo is looking for a great profil in Account Manager with a strong entrepreneur mindset! You are in charge of building and maintaining a magical customer relationship working in tandem with the sales & the product team to unlock our accounts full potential.

    You are also in charge of proactively identifying sales opportunities at our existing accounts and in their immediate environments.

    If you want to join a youg team with international growth potential, this role is for you.

    Your mission at Modjo :

    • Ramp up clients quickly and efficiently – meet their requirements and set clear expectations
    • Manage a portfolio of clients: Understand client needs/requirements in order to provide forward thinking business recommendations and appropriate product/service(s) education.
    • Establish and maintain regular and appropriate communication with the key contact(s) via meetings, emails, visio
    • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
    • Shape, iterate, and scale our expansion strategy, taking initiative to improve the team’s practices, tools, and content.
    • Interact and coordinate with the product & sales team to provide feedback & request from client.

    Profil recherché

    • Eager to join an entrepreneurial project - our team is enthusiat, ambitious and self-motivated
    • First relevant experience in Account Management / Account Executive or in Business Development
    • Full professional proficiency in English and native in French
    • Good project management skills
    • Strong customer services skills: Diplomacy, able to translate client requirements into technical specifications and someone
    • Advanced communication skills and talented in creating trust and spreading good vibes
    • A Team-player at heart, willing to take risks and be challenged everyday :)
    • Previous experience in a tech company is a must !

    Déroulement des entretiens

    • 15 minutes interview by phone with recruiter
    • 1st round - Interview with hiring manager
    • 2nd round - interview with the rest of the funding team
