Meero is looking for a talented Sales Manager for the Real Estate business unit, to provide strategic vision and tactical direction while leading and directing the responsibilities of your sales team. You will lead in business development and support the growth of the companies internationally focusing on selling our tech-enabled tools to major industry players. 

  • WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Hire, train, mentor, coach and promote the next generation of Meero leaders 

  • Be responsible along with your team for hitting our aggressive commercial goals through generating strong and sustainable opportunities, leveraging existing pipeline and achieving booking targets

  • Manage weekly forecasting process to provide visibility to leadership of sales pipeline growth and ability to achieve bookings targets

  • Manage and develop high level customer relationships, develop a “customer focus” mindset across the team and the organization

  • Participate actively in the development of the business strategy and closely collaborate with Product, Marketing, Onboarding and Client Success Management to influence product roadmap and ensure smooth client onboarding and experience

  • Act as technical expert, be highly knowledgeable about our softwares and services


Profil recherché

  • WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 5+ years Proven work experience leading a sales team, preferably in a Saas business

  • Experience in a Real Estate SaaS is a plus

  • Strategic thinker with a sales driven mentality

  • A strong track record of growth and overachieving targets in a high velocity, high-growth business 

  • Experience working on B2B sales, preferably on long sales cycles

  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and Account management systems (Salesforce or Hubspot)

  • Great understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and can do attitude

  • Passion and enthusiasm for driving change and continuous improvement, good team leadership skills

  • Fluent in English
