Wakam is launching an ambitious transformation program and is seeking a Transformation Manager for a permanent position to build the operational model of tomorrow.

✎ Mission & Responsibilities

Within the Transformation & Performance Squad reporting to the Top Management, you will be the lead on strategic projects and will lead the transformation to take Wakam even further in the pursuit of performance and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for driving major transformation projects, ensuring the proper execution of the transformation plan, and facilitating the associated governance on :

  • Improvement of operational efficiency (diagnosis, proposal of scenarios, implementation, and impact analysis)
  • Management of transformation projects in support of business units (processes, operational model...)
  • Contribution to the strategic initiatives of the transformation plan (investments, deliverables, timeline, ROI/impact measurement)

✯ Profile requirements

  • Master’s degree in Strategy, Finance, Business or Engineering School
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, particularly in project management in the insurance sector
  • Proficiency in French and English is essential (spoken and written)
