As part of strengthening the Kameleoon Consulting team and ensuring our customers are satisfied and successful in deploying and leveraging Kameleoon solutions, we are looking for a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager.
Under the leadership of a Customer Success Team Leader, you will be in charge of the successful retention and expansion of a customer portfolio and contribute as presales consultant to help close new deals, both in France and worldwide (including the possibility to benefit from temporary assignments in North America).
If you are assertive, business-driven, curious and have a track record of delivering high customer satisfaction and success, the Senior Customer Success Manager role at Kameleoon could be the right position for you.
