As JOIN’s first Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll work hand in hand with our Head of Sales to design our go-to-market strategy, build a solid sales infrastructure from the ground up, streamline key processes, and turn data into insights that drive growth.

You’ll take ownership of several exciting, high-stakes projects 👇
1️⃣ Territory planning
Define our customer segmentation strategy and account tiering (territories, account prioritization, engagement rules).
Conduct market sizing by verticals and identify high-potential traffic segments.
Identify new markets and define our ICPs.
2️⃣ Pipeline management
Manage the sales forecasting process by consolidating the projections of our AEs.
Keep the pipeline healthy through detailed deal analyses and proactive reporting on risks and opportunities.
Monitor and analyze variances between forecasts and actuals, recommending corrective actions when needed.
Build and maintain lead generation processes to maximize business opportunities.
Organize account allocation and design an effective scoring system.
3️⃣ Target-setting & forecasting
Define individual objectives and forecasts for each AE.
Establish KPIs, build pipeline dashboards, and highlight priority accounts to target.
Challenge and help refine our compensation plan.
4️⃣ Tool stack implementation & Hubspot maintenance
Ensure data integrity in our CRM (HubSpot) by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of territories, accounts, and deals.
Implement new sales engagement tools to improve operational efficiency and track adoption across the sales team.
5️⃣ Sales process optimization
Audit and refine our sales process to enhance commercial performance (define funnel stages, deal probabilities, key actions to move to the next stage, etc.).
Support teams in developing new use cases, processes, and campaigns to help them achieve their business goals.

You have +3 years of relevant experience in a similar position in a scale-up SaaS environment.
You have strong analytical skills: you are able to transform complex data into concrete and actionable recommendations.
You are fully proficient in Hubspot (structure, automation, reporting).
You are rigorous and organized.
You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
