Descriptif du poste

Reporting to the sales Manager your essential job duties are the following:
• Selling solutions to a portfolio of existing clients, as well as developing new business, to exceed sales goals
• Generating leads, prospecting via phone, online and sales presentation
• Assisting in the preparation of promotional plans and sales literature
• Providing administrative and event management support if required
• Enriching and updating Database
• Process and input orders and contracts into proprietary systems
• Handle email correspondence and multiple administrative duties
• Helping with invoicing, purchase order
• Overseeing on-site activities with exhibitors
• Following precise processes to ensure that the objectives established for each congress/platform are fulfilled


Profil recherché

This position involves being rigorous, organized and energetic
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, English, tourism or related discipline
• English and Spanish skills required
• At least 2 years in a similar sales position
• Track record in achieving and exceeding sales quotas
• Past experience in the medical/beauty industry is a plus
• Hunter profile required
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and be self driven within a team structure
• be able to manage multiple tasks at one time
• be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
