We work hand in hand with the Ops Team to drive strategy and best practices throughout the entire customer buying cycle. We provide the processes, tools and materials the Sales Team needs to be effective. We weave together elements from across the business and work mainly with the Marketing, Ops and Product Teams.

Our mission is to ensure the Sales function is in a constant cycle of efficiency and effectiveness improvement.

It’s our job to showcase Hivebrite and bring to life how it helps communities thrive! We are responsible for the purchasing journey—from substantiating leads to nurturing potential buyer relationships and ultimately converting leads to customers.

We must be subject experts, adopt a consultative approach to understand prospective customers’ needs and goals fully, and react with trusted, accurate, informed advice and feedback. We have absolute clarity of our solution’s capabilities and cost.

Hivebrite is an all-in-one community management and engagement platform. Our mission is to provide organizations with the tools they need to create vibrant communities.

Our SaaS platform serves customers across a variety of industries including higher education, non-profit, and corporate. Founded in 2015, today we count more than 500 customers worldwide - including Princeton University, Stanford University, and Columbia Business Schools but also WWF or P&G alumni. We employ more than 100 people across our offices in Paris, New York, and Sydney, and 30 nationalities are represented in our team!

In 2020, we were awarded five Happy to Work labels, were recognized as a G2 High Performer, and won the International Prize by EY, SYNTEC Numerique, and TECH IN France.

And we have no intention of slowing down!
