The Ops Team
🚀 Their Mission
Our mission is to take care of the organization! We provide efficiency, structure, and innovation to all Hivebriters through streamlined processes, reliable information flows, and knowledge sharing. We also ensure that Hivebrite is up to date with the latest security strategies and procedures so all our communities flourish and grow.
Our main tasks include :
- Handling Sales and CS teams’ daily operations
- Building and driving the security and compliance roadmap
- Centralizing and analyzing company data

Our team manages cross-functional projects. We work closely with all teams in the company, from Engineering to Finance. We are based in Paris, Bordeaux, Strasbourg, and New York.
Members of the Ops team need to be persistent, solution-driven, empathetic, and organized to define and implement well-thought-out processes and drive efficiency across the company.
The Finance Team
🚀 Their Mission
We are responsible for ensuring Hivebrite’s financial accuracy and providing our Executive Managers, investors, and third parties with an accurate economic view of our business.
We also ensure that Hivebrite always has sufficient funds to keep thriving.
Being part of the Finance Team involves :
- Invoicing, accounting A/R and A/P, cash reconciliation, and being a business partner to customers and service providers.
- Implementing financial processes and safeguarding internal financial information
- Collaborating with other teams to build financial forecasts
- Preparing financial reports for senior management to enable better decision making

We are based in Paris. However, we work with all departments within the company worldwide. Externally we collaborate with accountants, tax advisors, and auditors to set up financial statements and tax returns.
If you are rigorous, autonomous, data and process driven, with an analytical mindset, you could be a good fit for the Finance Team!

Hivebrite is an all-in-one community management and engagement platform. Our mission is to provide organizations with the tools they need to create vibrant communities.
Our SaaS platform serves customers across a variety of industries including higher education, non-profit, and corporate. Founded in 2015, today we count more than 500 customers worldwide - including Princeton University, Stanford University, and Columbia Business Schools but also WWF or P&G alumni. We employ more than 100 people across our offices in Paris, New York, and Sydney, and 30 nationalities are represented in our team!
In 2020, we were awarded five Happy to Work labels, were recognized as a G2 High Performer, and won the International Prize by EY, SYNTEC Numerique, and TECH IN France.
