🧐 Description

Elevo is looking for its Growth Director, a highly strategic and impactful role, in a fast-growth B2B SaaS context. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of demand generation, and support to sales operations, to achieve ambitious revenue goals. This role is highly cross-functional which will require both creative and analytical thinking. This role reports to the CEO Etienne.

💪 Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy of all paid and non paid acquisition channels, both inbound and outbound
  • Build an engine that drives predictable and scalable growth, along with Marketing and Sales
  • Own execution of its associated plan, including scope, target outcomes, key metrics and measures, and required inputs and resources to deliver
  • Build systems and processes that will track and report on key performance metrics and use data to optimize campaign strategies continually
  • Be the owner of the attribution model and multi-touch reporting analysis
  • Be the go-to person for CRM management (we are HubSpot power users :)
  • Set the stage for , inspire, manage and grow a high-performing Demand Gen team
  • Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly
  • Work closely with product marketing, marketing operations, communication/ content and sales to ensure message optimization and cross-functional alignment
  • Work closely with Sales to deploy Outbound campaigns and ensure alignment across team

Profil recherché

  • You have strong experience in performance marketing (B2B SaaS is a huge plus)
  • Excellent grasp of the full spectrum of inbound acquisition channels = SEM (SEO, SEA, SMO) + Marketplaces (Capterra/GetApp), etc.
  • Knowledge of latest outbound Sales methodologies and all the associated tools
  • Creativity: you relentlessly look for new ideas to improve current channels and unlock new opportunities
  • Able step back on lead generation initiatives to provide strategic direction, with a very strong ROI-based mindset
  • Willing to be operational and do the activities, then become a leader of the Demand Gen team as the company grows.
  • Problem Solving = Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify & resolve problems
  • Growth Mindset = Willing to learn and improve and be challenged continuously
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and the ability to do deep data analysis and drive clear and concise recommendations to the Marketing team & Founders
  • Leadership & ability to work cross-functionally with other teams
  • Teamplayer that enjoys collaborating & confronting ideas without being frustrated
