    Elevo offers a hybrid organization, we believe that remote work is an opportunity for employees and the company. Everyone can work remotely up to 4 days a week and we also have full time remote workers based in France and European countries. Our full remote policy includes a budget for transports and hotels.

Working environment and tools

All of our teams are equipped with the latest Macbooks (Air or Pro) and we use practical tools such as GSuite, Slack, Notion to ease sync work.

In real life, we like to share moments together and we have differents ways to do it throughout the year :

  • Offsites (3-4 times a year)
  • Quaterly Team Offsites
  • Afterwork drinks (all year long)
  • Theme Events (Halloween, Christmas..)
  • Remotely, we try our best to offer as many remote exchanges as possible :

    • Get Together meeting each monday to start the week (Games, chit-chats)
    • Company update each friday to update everyone about the major events in all the company departments
    • “Daily” channel on slack where we share highlights of the day
    • Weekly 1:1 with manager/lead
    • Once a month we play our homemade game to get to know everyone better

Remotely, we try our best to offer as many remote exchanges as possible :

Office

We recently moved in our new offices (400 m2), ideally located in the 9th arrondissement of Paris between Anvers (Line 2) and Gare du Nord (Line 4&5 - Suburban train B-D-H-E).

We invested in great premises because we believe that a good professional environment promotes more links between people and helps achieve certain business objectives faster.

We offer flex offices, so everyone can choose the space that suits them best according to their daily needs. Thus different types of spaces exist such as open spaces, sofas, standing desks, meeting rooms and phonebooths. We also have a nice terrace that we use as soon as the weather allows it and more recently we have set up a gaming area.
