Job description

Diabolocom develops and operates a cutting-edge cloud platform used by renowned brands to manage interactions with their customers and prospects across all channels (voice, email, chat, social networks, sms).

Our solution is recognized on the market for its ability to integrate seamlessly with IT systems, including major CRM software, thanks to its open architecture and web services. On top of rich business-oriented user interfaces, we provide APIs and toolkits that allow our customers to build automations and implement advanced workflows around customer interaction. This is what we call Augmented Customer Interaction.

The Marketing team is a fast-paced group at the heart of Diabolocom. The team develops and implements strategies to promote brand awareness and drive sales of our organization's service.There is no daily routine.

As a Growth Traffic Manager you will join the Marketing division and you will work in collaboration with Yves, Chief of Sales & Marketing Officer, and alongside Sophie, Zeina, Roxane and Alizée.

Your missions:

- You will develop the lead acquisition strategy and identify new sources of lead generation 

- You will track paid acquisition campaigns

- You will analyze campaign performance

- You will optimize existing campaigns based on their performance

- You will explore and test new channels

- You will implement a marketing automation strategy

- You will participate in the implementation of the SEO strategy

- You will track conversion rate KPIs across channels

- You will conduct a competitive review

- Explore and test new acquisition channels

- Because sharing is caring, we expect you to share your knowledge with your team!

You show off the following skills:

· You have at least 3 years of experience in: lead generation, digital levers, acquisition campaigns and marketing automation, funnel management and optimization:

· You have an interest in data

· You are business oriented

· You have a strong analytical mind

· You master GTM, GA, GSC, SEMRush...

· You are curious and autonomous

· Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and in English

Big plus:

· Fluency in German, Spanish or Italian
