Descriptif du poste

Today, we are looking for several Account Managers to generate revenue for Comet mainly through the expansion of our business with our existing clients. Alternate best in class account management practices with hands-on mission closing with the best qualified freelancer(s) for the job.

Your Missions (if you accept them):

First and above all, achieve your quarterly and yearly goals (No commission limitation)
At Comet, it means:

  • Generate a routine of 5 sales meetings per week, via phone, email, LinkedIn and your own network
  • Lead business meetings of all kind, from discovery meetings to product demonstrations, with the objective to generate as many missions as possible
  • Negotiate efficiently with various clients stakeholders - personas/seniority depending on account x account manager seniority
  • Leverage our product and community of freelancers to match instantly each mission received with the best qualified freelancers, alone or with the support of the community team
  • Coach each presented freelancer to maximise chance of being selected for the role, leveraging the help of the community (documents, interview coaching) and clients’ knowledge
  • Follow-up on a regular basis with clients and freelancers, looking to generate extra revenue and maintain a healthy win-win relationship with both
  • Maintain Hubspot and our back office up to date on a weekly basis
  • Successfully co-negotiate with our senior management the signature of Enterprise-level deals with major clients

Profil recherché

  • A great sales executive natural behavior (at Comet it means you love and are good at selling, with a strong respect of your customers and your colleagues)
  • Ideally 2 to 3 years minimum in large account management experience (personas / strategy)
  • Experience of the IT environment would be really appreciated
  • Google Suite (or Msft Office 365) knowledge
  • Good English Level
  • Team player
  • Resilience
  • Negotiation skills

Déroulement des entretiens

  • A first call with your future boss to get to know each other
  • 2 online (or in person) interviews (Manager, Founder)
  • A case study/technical test
  • 1 day of immersion to (remotely) meet the whole team
