Beavr is developing the ultimate CSR compliance platform for corporates. We are onboarding customers every week (and growing) and targeting to impact 50k companies in their CSR compliance journey by 2030.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to feed our sales team with new leads and increase our brand awareness. Working closely with Sales and collaborating with Tech, your missions will be the following :
Building a leadgen machine is your top 1 priority. Webinars, Newsletter, Linkedin, Ads… you will take ownership of these topics. Defining and executing the ultimate acquisition strategy sums up your role. These should evolve with the narrowing down of our ICP.
As Growth Hacking is part of your job, you will be encouraged to test new growth approaches and ship fast. You’ll have to manage the launch of custom products (definition of the value proposition, creation of landing pages and digital assets, communication with leads and clients…).
You’ll be the guardian of our brand image. This includes managing our social media and building/maintaining a shiny website. Beavr also organises regular social events for CSR managers, you would contribute to these events (tbd).
We have a webinar strategy to fuel our sales team with lists of prospects we’re looking to convert to clients. You will be in charge of cleaning these lists of MQLs (Webinars, but also inbound/white papers, others) for our sales team to take over. You’re the engine. You manage TOFU.
We are looking for a committed individual who strives for excellence and is eager to learn as much as possible. Much of these will be adapted as you take full ownership of our marketing department. Feel free to apply even if those missions do not quite match your vision.

Previous GTM or Marketing experience in a fast-paced environment: consulting, VC, startup, etc.

1. Intro call : Discuss your past experiences, your expectations. Discuss the role and hiring process (20mn)
2. Meeting with Charles : Deep-dive on your experiences and motivations, on who you are / how you work with others. Answer all your questions (30mn)
2. Take home case study: Test how you approach and structure a new problem. Test your ability to deliver outputs in a given timeframe.
4. Onsite @Station F: Validate fit with Pierre & Charles. You will present your take home case study (10 min + 20 min Q&A). Meet the rest of the team !
5. Ref calls (1-2): Hear about you from other people. Job offer 🎉
