Shadow IT issues still need to be sufficiently recognized and are not seen as a top priority for our key targets (ISD/IT departments, CDO, CTO, etc.). In response to this challenge, we are in search of an enthusiastic Lead Generation Specialist to bolster our Sales & Marketing Activation. Join the Marketing team alongside Alexis & Clémentine. You will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives for 2024.

Two key areas to success in this job: 50% dedicated to brand marketing, which includes organizing events and developing new channels to reach C-level, and 50% devoted to a reactive strategy, closely coordinating with sales teams on tactical matters & especially with our co-founder Edouard.

Market Event Mastery: Identify and organize key market events critical for amplifying our sales pipeline. Your strategic vision will elevate Beamy's presence.

Event Strategy Innovation: Elevate and champion our event strategy. Your efforts will ensure that our event participation is not just seen but felt, creating ripples across our target audience.

Community Architect: Forge and nurture vibrant communities of CIOs & CISOs, becoming the linchpin in our engagement with these key decision-makers. Through collaboration with exclusive clubs and leveraging our extensive network of founders, investors, and clients, you'll strengthen our referral program and solidify our industry presence.

Targeted Account Engagement: Collaborate closely with our BDR and Sales teams to pinpoint and segment target accounts, aligning our outreach efforts with business priorities. Your analytical skills will guide our precision in engaging with the right prospects at the right time.

Email Nurturing Excellence: Design and refine email nurturing programs and lead generation campaigns tailored to various personas. From broad-reaching initiatives to highly personalized approaches, your content strategies will resonate with and captivate our target audiences.

Content Creation and Messaging: Craft compelling messages and generate captivating content for priority accounts, tapping into market dynamics such as new regulations to offer timely and relevant value propositions. Your creativity will drive the narrative that sets Beamy apart.

Local Marketing Strategy Developer: Pioneer local customer marketing strategies, including ABM, to engage with and convert targeted accounts in specific markets. Your strategic foresight will localize our global ambitions, creating bespoke experiences for our prospects and customers.

🕵 We are looking for individuals who have:

Proven B2B SaaS Experience: You bring at least 4 years of hands-on experience in a BDR role or a dedicated Lead Generation position within the B2B SaaS sector. Your background should demonstrate effectiveness in a sales-led or hybrid growth strategy environment, showcasing your ability to drive and convert leads into tangible business opportunities.

Enterprise Market Insight: You possess a deep understanding of the distinct challenges and strategies involved in targeting the Enterprise market instead of the SMB market. This knowledge equips you to tailor approaches and campaigns that resonate with the needs and decision-making processes of larger organizations.

Passion for Sales and Marketing: You have a substantial appetite for sales marketing, eager to explore and innovate in lead generation strategies, campaign execution, and market engagement.

Language Proficiency: You have a near-native level of proficiency in French and fluency in English.

Results-Oriented Mindset: You are intensely focused on outcomes, with a relentless drive towards achieving and exceeding targets.
