Mission

North Star of the Marketing department is to generate a maximum of leads respecting our max CAC.

As Acquisition Manager, your role is to:

  1. Drive paid campaigns (sea, social ads)
  2. Manage email campaigns & workflows (cold email, nurturing campaigns)
  3. Improve conversion (lead magnets, landing page, funnels)

Objective: change the daily lives of 100,000 nonprofits managers globally

Today, we already serve 30,000 nonprofits of all types: sport, culture, business, social justice, education, environment… Our goal tomorrow: 100,000 on our main markets: France and the US.

Optimize existing campaigns to reduce our CAC

  • 2 markets : FR & US

Find new opportunities on different channels

  • SEA (adwords, bing)
  • Social ads (facebook, instagram, linkedin)
  • Cold email
  • Others (be creative!)

Improve workflows strategy

  • From leads to trial
  • From trial to demo (or from free plateform to online payment)

As a member of the Marketing team, you will report to the Head of Digital/Growth and closely work with different teams & people:

Location

We have 2 offices: one in Paris, one in Marseille.
This job offer is available for both offices.


Profil recherché

This job is definitely for you if:

  • You had a first successful experience as Acquisition Manager, ideally in SaaS industry, at least during 2 years
  • You have writing skills in French and English
  • You have a pirate mindset: test & learn lots of ideas quickly without perfection (i did’nt say dirty ;-))
  • You love the “Growth Marketing” book by Yann Leonardi

Soft skills

  • Thinker+Doer (e.g.: i think about an idea and i can put it live by myself)
  • Copywriter (e.g. be able to find the good words for each channel without mistake)
  • Energy and smile
  • Team player
  • Eager to learn, grow & improve yourself

Hard skills

  • Adwords
  • Facebook ads
  • Cold email tool (lemlist, woodpecker, sendinblue)
  • CRM software (hubspot, intercom, active campaign, plezi…)

Déroulement des entretiens

  • 30-minute discovery call with David
  • 1st interview + usecase with David & digital team
  • Meeting with team leaders from other team: product, data, sales.
  • Meeting with CEO
  • Share a casual moment with the team
