In 2025, our Ops & Marketing teams are rolling out a unified strategy for every step of Alma’s B2B clients’ lifecycle, to offer them a consistent & continuous Alma experience in Europe. From the moment companies become a lead until they sign up and promote Alma to their consumers, we aim to frequently engage with our B2B clients, demonstrating our value and expertise.
In this strategy, two communication channels with leads and B2B clients are critical: emails & point of sale display—POS, or “PLV” in French. These channels have been each handled by several teams and with several tools (HubSpot, legacy platforms). We aim to unify them under one single owner, a Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Email & POS), to better drive their daily use, but also their transformation on the long run.
About the mission
Part of the Revenue Marketing team and reporting to its lead, your work will bring you way beyond your squad: you’ll be collaborating with Ops, Account Managers, Sales, Brand, PMM... Proficient in both online & offline communication formats, you will own the full marketing spectrum to support our global B2B lifecycle strategy, including the strategy, the roadmapping, its execution across teams and its reporting:
