Descriptif du poste

Alice & Bob is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world’s hardest problems.

The quantum computer we envision building is based on a new kind of superconducting qubit: the Schrödinger cat qubit. In comparison to other superconducting platforms, cat qubits have the astonishing ability to implement quantum error correction autonomously!

We are at the forefront of the quantum race, competing with tech giants such as Google or IBM, and we are growing fast after securing  €100 million of funding in 2025 to develop our unique technology.

Currently 100+ and counting, between physicists, PhD students, engineers and experienced business professionals, we are united to reach our ambitious goal. Are you a quantum pioneer? Join us on a mission to reshape the future!

We are seeking a highly technical and strategic HPC & Quantum Computer Business Development Manager & Presales to support our growth across the EMEA region. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business: you will act as a trusted advisor to prospects, guiding them through complex, long-cycle sales engagements. • Represent the company at HPC-related events, conferences, and forums across EMEA.
  • Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a business development, presales, solution architect, or customer-facing technical role within a large international hardware vendor company ideally focus in HPC or advanced computing environments.
  • Deep understanding of HPC infrastructure components (compute clusters, storage systems, interconnects, workload schedulers, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of the European HPC landscape, including key players, centers of excellence, and funding programs.
  • Proven ability to support complex sales processes over long timeframes (12–36 months), with multiple stakeholders and technical evaluations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating complex technical topics into business value.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel across EMEA to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
  • Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience working with public research institutions, national HPC centers, or large industrial R&D teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based HPC, hybrid architectures, and emerging computing paradigms (e.g., quantum, neuromorphic).
  • Background in engineering, physics, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • Bnefits:
