Missions & Responsabilités

• ensure timely and accurate day to day service delivery to end users in line with the SLAs
• evaluate the performance of the service and measure the users satisfaction
• being an expert in SAP technical and/or functional area, contribute to the incidents troubleshooting
• ensure smooth communication between the support teams and customers
• lead problem management process and continuous service improvement
• propose product evolutions to ensure better user satisfaction and increase efficiency
• lead change management and release to production process
• build the product vision including functional, technical and user experience design aspects
• contribute to the development of IT knowledge base, solutions documentation and service catalog
• focus on the solutions security (digital risk assessment) and GDPR compliance
• help to evaluate impact and define the delivery priority

Profil et compétences

7+ years of work experience with expertise in SAP Supply Chain, technico-fonctionnel area,

experience of piloting a service or a team

• Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Proficient in both written and oral English, communicative in French
• Business & Client-oriented
• Empathy with internal & external customers, and able to work across a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to build strong relationships across a variety of teams
• Ability to communicate in a clear, collaborative, transparent and effective manner
