Your missions, your challenges; what you bring us, what you gain

At the heart of Zest’s development, the Business Developer is the first point of contact with our potential customers, and is our first ambassador

  • You process expressions of interest from potential customers for Zest. You qualify their potential and referee what to do next. You develop them to get them to become customers, follow-up, appointments, demonstrations, invitations to events, your prospects are your domain
  • You will perform demonstrations of the Zest application
  • At Zest, we promote autonomy and accountability: supported by the rest of the sales team, you are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to signing.
  • In relation to the R&D team, you will have to work on the evolution of our product, in order to integrate customer needs into the product.
  • Your colleagues are talented and highly motivated, they will also be your support and your coaches, Zest does not see our collective success other than through the success of each one!
  • Rigorous, curious, careful in your expression, you become the lawyer for your clients at Zest: in collaboration with the other teams, you ensure that everything is done for them to join the Zest community
  • Synthetic, efficient, you will know how to prioritize your commercial activities, ensure clear reporting of your activity and ultimately achieve your objectives

Profil recherché

  • Teacher and communicator, you have great interpersonal skills and know how to be patient and attentive to your prospects
  • Convinced, you know how to defend your ideas and get customers to join the Zest adventure ; tenacious, you know how to go to the end of a sales cycle
  • Precise, careful in your expression, and constructed in your reasoning, you will be the point of contact for our clients.
  • Your mother tongue is German, but you are also fluent in English, French is obviously a great plus,
  • You like Zest (after the first coffee), fun, and you want to invest in the long term!
