As a customer onboarding team, we are responsible of our new clients during their onboarding process and the first months of usage. Our goal is to deliver the best experience with our product and services for increased client’s satisfaction.

Your Role

As a Customer Success Manager and part of the Portugal country opening project, you are in charge of customer onboarding and ensure the interface adoption, customer satisfaction and clients' follow up through their life cycle.

You are also responsible for implementing actions to improve our processes and performances.

Key missions

• Manage independently Zenchef implementation for all new customers with a special focus on Portugal
• Understand restaurants’ needs and adapt our tool to them
• Train the customers remotely to use the platform
• Ensure that all our new customers are satisfied and autonomous after 2 months of use
• Manage incoming customer requests throughout lifecycle
• Contribute to the product improvement through customers’ feedbacks

What we're looking for

• You have a first successful experience in customer relation service
• You are patient, pedagogue and organized
• You are fluent in French, Portuguese en English (Read, Write & Speak)

You'll be our rockstar if

• You have a special interest in the restaurant industry and/or FoodTech
• You have a previous experience in a SaaS company
• You have a very strong interest in the web and new technologies
