As Sales Support Manager, you will be in charge of carrying a part of the Revenue target for our SMB and Self-service customer base. You will lead a team of 4-5 Sales Support Specialists who engage directly with prospects and customers to drive small-scale deal closures, and promote customer satisfaction for our long tail of SMB customers. Your team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth onboarding, rapid issue resolution, and identifying revenue opportunities within our customer base.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Solutions, and Care teams to maximize the impact of this hybrid team across the customer lifecycle.
This is a new team that will require a leader with a strong problem-solving mindset and a creative “can-do” attitude.

- Lead and coach a growing team of Sales Support Specialists based in Paris.
- Drive performance, motivation, and personal development.
- Build onboarding, enablement, and continuous learning frameworks.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure timely responses to requests for transaction, both on new deals and upsells, in line with SLAs.
- Drive execution and efficiency in ticket handling and inbound inquiries, by setting up workflows and cadences.
- Monitor KPIs such as Time-to-first contact, conversion from support to deal, and Revenue generation. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs. Provide accurate forecasting and data-driven insights.
Sales & Revenue Contribution
- Oversee and improve deal closing processes for small commercial opportunities.
- Ensure team members consistently meet their monthly revenue and retention targets.
- Collaborate with Sales teams on pipeline routing and expansion opportunities.
Customer Retention & Growth
- Implement scalable practices to reduce churn and improve product adoption.
- Equip the team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Product and Customer Solutions to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap.
- Partner with Enablement and Ops to refine processes, tools, and reporting.

- Previous experience managing an SDR or inside sales team, ideally in SaaS;
- Strong coaching mindset with a track record of upskilling junior talent;
- Experience in customer-facing roles: support, inside sales, success, or account management;
- Confident with Salesforce for lead management, reporting, and analysis;
- Highly collaborative and organized, with strong prioritization skills;
- Fluent in English (French or another European language is a plus);
- Available to work from our Paris office at least 4 days a week. Relocation can be arranged.
