    XXII est un leader français dans l’édition logicielle de vision par ordinateur et lauréat de la 1ère édition du programme French Tech DeepNum20.

    C’est une société experte en Deep technologies qui conçoit, développe et commercialise une plateforme SaaS de déploiement et de paramétrage d’algorithmes pour l’analyse de flux vidéo : XXIICORE. Déjà déployée dans de nombreuses villes et sites privés, XXIICORE permet aux équipes opérationnelles de contrôler et d’optimiser leurs actions sur le terrain pour des prises de décisions plus rapides et plus efficaces.

    Aussi bien à l’échelle nationale qu’internationale, XXII compte démocratiser l’utilisation des technologies de vision par les professionnels et les collectivités avec un objectif clair : Augmenter l’humain et ses sens.

    Based in our Paris office, you will be focused on delivering high-quality training services to our partners and customers, in order to help XXII prepare for the scale-up of our AI video analysis products.

    Missions

    You will be in charge of streamlining the training contents and processes, and ensuring it articulates smoothly with XXII products development, validation and deployment processes:

    Trainings

    • Create the training contents for XXII’s products adapted to different internal and external audiences (employees, external certified training centers, distributors, integrators, consulting firms etc.).

    • Interact with XXII industrial partners, and customers, to set-up, deliver and improve new training contents.

    • Deliver and coordinate training sessions and certifications in the commercial territories of XXII.

    Training Centers

    • Procure, setup and manage external training centers to whom to delegate our capacity to train and certify partners.

    • Structure the process of certification and checkpoints of such training centers.

    • Drive the P&L of the training centers to turn them into profit centers.

    • Setup training centers according to the commercial directions to use them as accelerators of business development.

    • Monitor all the certified partners, directly or through training centers, to ensure a level of excellence in their ability to be product and technical ambassadors of XXII.

    • Maintain business review with training centers to have a visibility of certifications, full visibility on the forecast, companies and persons trained etc.

    • Create a quality process label for training centers to pilot feedbacks from trainees and the quality of service.

    Collaboration: You are a people person having excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including a consistent record of developing and delivering engaging, outcome-based presentations to diverse internal and external audiences.

    Up-skilling others: You have demonstrable experience in facilitating training and owning course content is preferred. You master the simultaneous use of multiple classroom technologies while delivering training, including electronic training material, remote conferencing tools, interactive display screens, and audio/visual equipment

    Learning Agility: You have a confirmed ability to proactively and quickly grasp, distill and synthesize concepts and details from diverse sources.

    Problem solving: You feel confident with identifying trends, developing strategies and implementing high-impact solutions.

    Results Driven: A proven track record to lead and contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, constantly evolving and sometimes unexpected work environment, prioritizing accordingly and advancing appropriately.

    In a nutshell:

    • Proven experience as a trainer in a technological field, with a good training track record

    • Fluent in French and English, Spanish would be a plus.

    • Good written and verbal communication skills

    • Interest for technology and ability to learn quick to embrace XXII’s technology

    • Focused on customer satisfaction

    • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment

    • Team player, positive attitude, concise and reporting prone
