You will be responsible for Growth strategy and execution at Welcome to the Jungle, across both B2B and B2C segments, aligned with priority markets (FR, UK, US).
Your role is to lead acquisition (organic and paid) and CRM with a data-driven, experimental approach to generate scalable, profitable growth across the entire funnel.
Responsibilities
Define and manage the Growth roadmap: acquisition, activation, retention, expansion.
Manage and optimize paid (SEA, social ads, retargeting, etc.) and organic channels (SEO, referral, email, landing pages).
Own the marketing stack and tracking (CRM, automation, analytics, attribution).
Identify and test new growth levers (A/B tests, multichannel campaigns, tailored funnels).
Coordinate acquisition strategy with local marketing managers.
Collaborate closely with brand, product, sales, and data teams.
Report performance and experimentation KPIs to the VP of Growth & Marketing.

Leadership team on growth objectives
+5 years of experience in digital marketing or growth, ideally in a SaaS or marketplace environment.
Proven experience managing acquisition campaigns and owning the full funnel.
Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, GA4, Looker, Omni, Amplitude, or equivalents.
Strong analytical skills and an experimentation mindset.
Leadership and the ability to rally a team around impact and test-and-learn.
Fluent in English (international team).
