Weglot is a leading SaaS platform that helps companies scale internationally by making their websites truly multilingual. Trusted by over 110,000 websites worldwide, we empower businesses to unlock global growth effortlessly.

Today, Weglot generates €35M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and brings together a team of almost 70 people across six core teams: Engineering, Product, Technical Support, Marketing, Sales, and Admin.

We are entering a new phase of growth, evolving from a translation tool into a performance-driven internationalization platform that integrates AI and advanced international SEO capabilities.

In this context, paid acquisition plays a central role in accelerating our expansion, and we are making significant investments to scale it further. We are now looking for someone to take full ownership of this engine and unlock its next level of performance.

Your missions

As part of our Marketing team (11 people), you will own Weglot’s paid acquisition engine across search and social channels, driving qualified signups and demo requests globally.

You will work closely with:

  • Victor (Head of Growth)

  • Zeineb (Growth Engineer – data, tracking & automation)

Among your missions:

1. Paid Growth strategy & execution
  • Structure and scale Search campaigns around CMS and geographies

  • Drive demand creation on:

    • Meta, Reddit & Youtube Ads (self-service users)

    • LinkedIn Ads (web agencies & enterprises)

  • Test and explore new channels (e.g. emerging platforms).

  • Amplify global marketing actions (events, podcasts, studies, etc.)

2. Creative testing engine
  • Define testing roadmaps (angles × personas × …)

  • Produce high volumes of creatives with:

    • Brand team

    • External agencies & freelancers

    • AI tools

  • Use analytics to identify winning angles and format to scale

3. Post-click & funnel optimisation
  • Create and optimise landing pages

  • Explore alternative lead capture mechanics (tools, gated content, AI chat, etc.)

4. Global acquisition expansion

Over time, you will also support our broader acquisition strategy by:

  • Identifying the most promising markets and segments

  • Working with Product, Sales and Agency Partner teams to refine ICP targeting and qualification criteria

  • Optimising not only lead volume, but pipeline contribution and revenue impact

  • Sharing paid performance insights to help guide company growth decisions

Your first year at Weglot

➡️ 0–3 Months : Take ownership & fix the basics
  • Understand the product, positioning and core audiences

  • Audit paid channels and tracking/attribution setup

  • Identify quick wins across campaigns and landing pages

  • Launch first structured tests and measure their impact

→ By the end, you own the paid channels, can reliably measure performance, and have a clear roadmap of experiments to scale.

➡️ 3–6 Months : Build the creative engine
  • Define and prioritise key messages across audiences and segments

  • Build strong collaboration with brand, agencies and freelancers

  • Structure production to significantly increase creative output

  • Continuously test creatives, improve landing pages, and experiment with new audiences or one new channel

→ By the end, you have built a scalable creative engine with increasing volume, fast feedback loops, and consistent performance gains.

➡️ 6–12 Months : Scale & expand
  • Scale the creative and social paid engine into a predictable, investable growth channel

  • Optimise the lower funnel (landing pages, tools, lead capture, qualification) to increase activation and revenue

  • Share continuous performance insights with Sales, Marketing and Product

  • Expand into validated new markets, segments or channels

→ By the end, social paid is a scalable and predictable growth engine with strong impact on acquisition and revenue.

Profile we’re looking for

  • 3-5 years working on paid acquisition topics

  • Experience in: PLG SaaS, Mobile App / App Studios, or performance-driven agency.

  • Experience in :

    • Google Ads

    • At least one: Linkedin / Meta /Tiktok / Reddit Ads

Skills

  • Strong user-centric mindset, able to extract business insights and translate them into precise audience targeting and messaging strategies.

  • Able to structure creative testing and collaborate efficiently with internal and external production teams.

  • Solid understanding of tracking logic, with the ability to analyse performance and build dashboards autonomously.

  • Comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools to move faster.

  • Fluent in English, and a good level of French is required.
