Mission & Objectives
Reporting directly to the CEO and as a member of the Executive Committee (CoDir), your mission is to structure and execute a clear, credible, and scalable marketing strategy. You will lead a team of 2.
Key Objectives:
Accelerate the Enterprise Pipeline by structuring qualified lead generation suited to long and complex sales cycles
Lead the Go-To-Market for our new AI freemium solution (acquisition and conversion)
Strengthen brand awareness and thought leadership within our 40,000-member community
Main Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Define the marketing roadmap to support complex sales cycles
Strengthen strategic positioning to ensure credibility with Enterprise decision-makers
Report directly to the CEO as a member of the Executive Committee
Manage a team of 2 people
Account-Based Marketing & Acquisition (Long-Cycle Focus)
Drive the ABM strategy by mapping strategic accounts, key decision-makers, and influencers
Orchestrate multi-touch campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, expert content, webinars, and trade shows) to nurture ~1-year sales cycles
Master HubSpot for campaign management and lead scoring
Innovation: AI Launch & Go-To-Market
Define and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for the new AI product in Freemium mode
Acquisition Mechanics: Implement acquisition strategies for the Freemium model and optimize the conversion journey to Premium
Communication & Expert Content
Deploy institutional communication on management expertise that is both human-centred and engaging
Social Proof: Turn client testimonials and impact studies into undeniable market proof
Influence: Expand the CEO’s influence and presence across LinkedIn and YouTube
Performance & Tools
KPIs: Define, monitor, and analyse key marketing performance metrics
Tech Stack: Manage CRM (HubSpot or equivalent), marketing automation, and ABM / data-enrichment tools
AI-First: You leverage AI daily to scale content creation and lead scoring
Budget: Ensure rigorous budget management and accurate reporting
Candidate Profile
Technical Skills & Experience
Experience: 3 to 7 years in B2B Marketing
Tools and Automation: Expertise in HubSpot, SalesNavigator, Waalaxy, PhantomBuster, and experience in automating marketing workflows leveraging genAI for personalization at scale.
Sales Culture: Ability to work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to create alignment between lead gen activities and business priorities.
Languages: Bilingual in French and English (Mandatory)

High level of autonomy and strong organizational skills
