We’re hiring a content-first marketer to own our brand editorial strategy and content production (around 50–60% of the role), then support paid and growth initiatives once the content engine is running.
What You’ll Do
Content & Social Media (Primary Focus)
Own our LinkedIn strategy: positioning, editorial calendar, recurring series, and tone of voice
Create high-impact B2B content end-to-end: employee-led videos, user interviews, mini-docs, carousels, and visuals (e.g., “case of the month”)
Handle lightweight production when needed (shooting and basic editing) and manage agencies for larger productions
Paid & Demand Generation
Support paid campaigns: LinkedIn Ads (optionally Google Ads), creative iterations, audience testing, and budget optimization
Run growth campaigns: landing pages, email campaigns, and scrappy lead-gen initiatives
Analytics & Reporting
Press & Media Relations
1–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C content marketing, with LinkedIn as a core channel
Strong storyteller and hands-on operator (strategy → execution → publishing)
Bonus: video editing/filming basics, LinkedIn Ads experience, SEO content, PR/press experience, and design skills (Figma, Adobe, Notion)
Portfolio required: share 3–5 examples (posts, videos, carousels) and describe your role on each
