Join a dynamic Marketing team of 5 people, including another Growth Marketer.
Daily collaboration with the Content, Growth
Frequent interaction and team work with Sales, Product and Ops teams.
We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer focused on performance and execution.
You will own acquisition channels, funnels, and tracking to make growth predictable, measurable, and scalable, including at an international level.
This role is about running what exists, improving it, and building solid foundations for scale.
Own and optimize paid acquisition channels, including SEA, Paid Social, and Affiliation
Define and test acquisition messages and formats in collaboration with Content and Product teams
Own the creation and optimization of website pages and conversion assets
Manage budgets, performance, and ROI, and challenge external partners when needed
Improve website and funnel conversion rates by identifying and fixing bottlenecks
Own HubSpot Marketing for acquisition journeys, including lead scoring, routing, and automations
Ensure reliable tracking and attribution from lead to demo, trial, and signup
Standardize and document acquisition setups to support international expansion.
Launch build-driven acquisition initiatives (low-code tools, AI assets, programmatic approaches) to diversify channels beyond paid
4-6 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, product marketing, or marketing automation, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (SEA, Social, Affiliate), ads assets creation, and budgets
Proven track record of improving CAC, conversion rates, and funnel performance
Experience building marketing automation workflows and lead scoring systems (HubSpot or similar tool)
Comfortable with tracking, attribution, and funnel analysis.
Experience working with automation and low-code tools such as Zapier, Retool, Wisepops, Chatling, Webflow.
Comfortable using AI tools for content creation (prompt engineering, image/video generation)
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Analytical and data-driven, with a strong focus on performance and ROI

Complete a 2-hour use case at home, followed by an interview with your manager to debrief on the use case and deep dive into your experience and skills.

4) Meet the team
Meet your peers within the marketing team and join us for a lunch or a drink at our Paris or Marseille Office.
