We are looking for a Customer Success Manager Apprentice to support and complement our awesome CSMs Clémence and Nicolas ❤️

😎 Your daily missions:

Every day will be a new adventure.
You will work closely with our different teams (Customer Service, Sales, Product, Finance) to provide an exceptional experience to our clients and ensure contract success.
As a CSM at Worklib, you will be at the heart of our mission: making flexible work smooth and enjoyable for our clients. You will manage your own client portfolio and support our other CSMs in their missions. 

Guided by Nicolas (our methodology expert) and Clémence (our super CSM), you will discover varied and stimulating tasks:

🏢 B2B portfolio management: You will need to know and follow your client portfolio to evaluate action plans (to achieve objectives, identify churn alerts, detect new opportunities, etc.) and anticipate and manage administrative follow-up (contract renewal, invoicing, etc.). 

  • 🎯 Definition of objectives (Mutual Success Plan) 
  • 📈 Optimization of adoption and usage (in line with the mutual success plan) 
  • ❌ Minimization of churn 
  • 🔄 Renewal management 

🤝 B2B client support: You will be the main contact for your client, building a relationship with them, solving reported problems, conducting regular follow-ups to maintain satisfaction and momentum, and ensuring goal achievement. 

  • 🗣️ B2B communication 
  • 📊 Data analysis and quality reporting, internally and externally. 
  • 🧩 Problem analysis and resolution

🎯 Mastery of CRM tools and processes: You will discover and master effective CSM methodologies and CRM tools.

💡 Participation in activity structuring: You will be included and actively participate in various workshops concerning our team structure, methodology, and relationships with other teams.

  • You communicate clearly both in writing and orally in French.
