As part of the Supply Team and reporting directly to our Operations Manager, Louis, you will be key to ensuring our customers and partners enjoy the best possible experience with Work With Island. You’ll act as a bridge between Sales and Operations, supporting both teams while keeping our customers’ satisfaction at the heart of your daily work.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries (phone & email) with efficiency and empathy.
Issue Resolution: Identify issues, solve problems, and ensure clear communication with customers.
Product Expertise: Continuously strengthen your product knowledge to support both customers and partners effectively.
Ticket Management: Manage tickets in our ERP with rigor and accuracy.
Customer Feedback: Contact detractors within 24 hours, inform account managers, and offer solutions.
Partner Training: Support our service providers with onboarding and ensure delivery of services aligned with Work With Island’s quality standards.
Additional missions supporting the Customer Service team:
Order Management: Ensure a smooth and efficient order process, from A to Z.
Delivery Coordination: Coordinate deliveries, monitor stock, and ensure service quality through seamless collaboration.
Order Processing & Invoicing: Handle order entries and invoicing accurately within our ERP (NetSuite).

Your Background & Experience:
4+ years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Relations, or After-Sales Service.
Experience with physical products (logistics, after-sales, delivery, customer complaints).
Fluent in French and English (spoken & written); Spanish is a plus.
Comfortable with digital tools: Google Suite, Notion, Slack, HubSpot; experience with NetSuite (ERP) is a strong advantage.
Familiar with logistics processes: stock management, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
Handle ticketing and ERP systems with precision.
