Descriptif du poste

To support our strong sales growth in Europe, we are looking for an Account Executive based in Paris responsible for the closing within the sales team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, your main role will be to help the sales team in developing the business and closing the prospects.

Therefore, your mission will consist in (but not exhaustively):

  • Handling out the project with our Key Account prospects
  • Developing a strong relationship with them
  • Resolving issue in the decision process and helping them to adopt the right strategy for their business
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from the first meeting to the closing
  • Negociating with your prospects and securing a deal
  • Presenting product to prospective clients

Profil recherché

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles > a real closer
  • Outstanding knowledge of CRM software (eg. Hubspot) is a plus
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • A business acumen
  • Enthusiastic and passionate

Déroulement des entretiens

  • Phone Call with Arthur (Head of Sales)
  • First round of interviews with Arthur + one person in the sales team
  • 2nd round of interviews with 1 other comex member + one person in the sales team
  • Last round of interview with Eliane (CEO)
