As part of Wakam's hyper growth, our ambition is to recruit more than 100 employees by 2022.In order to lead this challenge successfully, we are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition who will drive the recruitment activity and report the main KPIs and Insight to the Wakam Comex.Our future Head of Talent will have the chance to join a team that is currently growing, including 2 senior experts with a Recruitment track record in the insurance and tech sectors.

More specifically, our future Head of Talent will :

• Manage the recruitment strategy and the Talent Acquisition budget
• Reporting to stakeholders (VPs)
• Monitor recruitment plan on a daily basis
• Support managers on staffing issues
• Support the TA team members in internal discussions, and provide daily coaching to enable them to grow in their roles
• Provide expertise on recruitment in general (channels, outsourcing, internal training)
• Work towards a strong external communication and branding to increase our attractiveness and position our employer brand to the next level on the French recruitment scene and beyond
• Develop and maintain a strong partnership with business leaders, people team, marketing & communication team
• Proven track record creating international teams (Team UK)
• Assist the TA team in identifying and assessing the best candidate profiles across functions, locations and seniority levels
• Be the reference for top management recruitment and follow up with the Executive Search (RR) firm
• Provide back-up to the TAM team on recruitments when necessary

Qualifications & experience :

• Business School or university Master Degree : Legal, Human Ressources, Management
• Experience : minimum 2 years on a similar function + minimum 8 years in recruitment
• Previous people management experience
• Expertise in designing a global recruitment strategy from scratch
• Creation of processes and reporting tools
• Employer brand management/ recruitment Marketing
• Long Term Vision
• Good knowledge of recruitment trends & tools
• At ease with Microsoft Office suite

Your working mindset :

• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in verbal & written English
• Ability to listen and analyze
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
